The Servidio indictment mentions three capos: Persiano's capo (Dominic Grande), Servidio's capo (likely still Joseph Licata) and a third capo involved in making sure Persiano and Servidio were kicking up tribute while working together as they were from different crews.

When reporting on recent grand jury subpoenas, Dave Schratwieser identified both Martin Angelina and John Ciancaglini as capos, though (as Schratwieser and Anastasia admit) it's not an 'exact science' when talking about the structure of the family since the 2011 indictments.

Anastasia and Schratwieser describe hearing that George Borgesi is involved in only legitimate businesses and 'off the totem pole', but different people come up with different answers. I recently asked Scott Burnstein what his view of the hierarchy was and he identified Grande, Licata, Angelina, Borgesi, Phillip Narducci and Joseph Pungitore as the current capos.

Schratwieser said recently that the next Mob Talk would cover big news about one of the inner circle guys, so maybe that will shred light on it

I feel bad for these Philly guys - they let the scum Persiano in and look what happened.
