A court in St. Petersburg announced a verdict against crime boss Vladimir Barsukov-Kumarin, sentenced him to 24 years in prison on charges of creating Tambovskaya crime group. The once influential "night governor" of St. Petersburg is confident that the system will not allow him to ever come out of prison.
