Philly lcn dose not need Merlino on the streets to be successful...the admin has done a great job at creating extra positions that insulated the boss from the streets, if they don't put him away from a long time now they never will...I believe Thiers made guys in Philly that's nt on the charts
So how much strong philly is ?? And how many soldiers they have ? I also think pepole underestimate them
