Johnny Keys. A true stand up guy. His nickname had nothing to do with "Keys" like we think. His early nickname was Johnny Casablanca. Which was pronounced Johnny CAYSABLANCE, which they shortened to Johnny Cays which turned in to Johnny KAYS or Johnny Keys.
