As if the two are in any way comparable.
The judge actually gave him three more years than the prosecution was seeking. Another highlight of the article:
Fogle cried during his statement before sentencing, saying his wife and children would never get over this.
"You gave your wife $7 million, she'll be okay," Judge Pratt responded. Fogle's wife filed for divorce, according to media reports.
Hopefully he does the right thing and hangs himself in his prison cell.
