Scarfo probably gets his information from Vic who made enemies for life with all the Lucchese in the Bronx and Jersey so there is really bad blood there, Id bet everything I own that hes not a rat even if he didn't have a livable release date he would do every day of his sentence and not rat just like his brother ... Guess Scarfo and Vic have nothing to do but be bitter that they are going to spend their lives in jail
