Well, from a biological point of view in many cases pedos can't help their preference. But you ever heard about the "rage syndrome" in dogs? Animals with this psychological disease also can't help they're born with this. They, nor we, can't change their nature. But the fact remains that due to this mental illness they constitute a potential (and most of the time a real) danger, so we have to put them down as well, don't we?
It's no excuse, no matter how much those newfound and selfmade psychologists whine about it. Because even if it is your nature and you can't help your preference, you -as a human- are still able to make a thoughtful choice. You feel the extreme urge to wank off to disgusting shit such as infants getting raped or ,god forbid, rape a kid yourself, make the right choice: cut your dick and nuts off. Or let someone else do it for you.
