For the Philly guys - what's the recruting pool like in south Philly? I can't imagine anyone sees how these guys have been destroyed and actually want to get involved but... These aren't the sharpest tools in the shed
I don't think they have that big of a poll of associates to pick from. A reason the family has stayed so small. And there isn't a ton of money to grab for new guys unless its drugs.
The guys on the street now are already fighting over the pie.
