In another thread I posted about the GF being shown on HBO and Cinemax many times over the past few months. AMC does own the rights through 2019, so I guess it gets to license it out to those networks.

Long story short: AMC is the only channel on Basic Cable that can show the Trilogy. The Pay Channels can still air them for a fee.
