It does look like him a little, but I don't think it is. In 1930's Dellacroce would have still been in his 20's, he seems older in this photo. If it is Reles, that is one amazing picture.
You're right.... the large version of the photo shows it is dated 1958. Reles' canary wings were long clipped by then. The photo was taken six months after Gambino took over the Family.
Neil was known as "the Tall Guy" He does looke very menacing especially when he was younger. Its a stark contrast to the photos in 1984 when thr cancer had taken effect
In 1958, Dellacroce was arrested for vagrancy. I would think that the other guys were also arrested for tha same thing and were not necessarily connected with eachother. Gosh, Dellacroce looks to be 7 feet tall, standing next to that small guy!
