I read that the Governor WILL be in the new season and be even meaner. From all the clips Ive seen, sounds like a lot of new people(from Woodbury I presume) Also, one of the previews shows Herschel commenting to Rick that they've "lost so many of their own." AND, I read that Rick is concerned with how cold Carl has become and will try to help him.
