I was reading about that yesterday. I am really not exactly certain what a show runner does (I know runs things but still it's confusing) confused

They keep the same writers, actors,producers, etc? I know Mad Men had some problems between seasons a while back, and it took forever (so much so that I kind of lost interest) for them to resolve it. I don't know if this "showrunner" issue was the cause. The article says that both Mad Men & Breaking Bad will be gone soon. I hadn't heard anything about Mad Men being cancelled.

Anyway, sounds like AMC has some pretty crappy executives or top guns. I HOPE that this doesn't screw up a wonderfully written, well-acted tv show. Maybe they should move WD to another network.
