Did you ever see Nighthawks, with Stallone, Billy Dee Williams and Hauer? Hauer plays a very mean and scary "terrorist" and Williams and Stallone are the NYPD after him. Typical 1980s cop vs. bad guy, but there are some very good performances that elevate it a bit. Anyway, it's decent entertainment.

Edit: I almost forgot, but Willy Cicci is in it, too, as the police lieutenant.
That's a decent film; you can view it in seven parts here, on YouTube. It's under-known as far as I can tell; in the UK especially, "Nighthawks" refers more popularly to this film.
