In case you’re wondering how prison has been treating ex-mobster Salvatore “Sammy the Bull” Gravano, here’s the most recent photo taken of the imprisoned serial killer.

The 65-year-old Gravano, who snitched out John Gotti and other fellow hoodlums, is serving a 19-year stretch for an Arizona narcotics conviction (he is scheduled for release in early-2019).

The former Gambino underboss, who is reportedly suffering from Graves’ disease, was photographed by the Arizona Department of Corrections.


Sammy Gravano and John Gotti broke the golden rule of organization. Vincent Gigante (the last of the old schoolers) wanted them to pay. They've both payed. Why these men of little honor are worshiped is beyond me. I guess hype and media attention mask over deceit and dishonor.
