I would definitely remove Michael Franzese's name from that list. The only person he may have hurt is Norby Walters, but all Franzese did was admit to being a member of the Colombo crime family. Then he wound up doing seven years.

And apparently he's on good terms with The Colombos these days. In a recent interview with CNN, he hinted he had been in touch with Andy Mush. The guy is a joke to me. He's full of himself, loves talking about being a gangster and would probably do anything for that family.
