The Twins won't talk to anybody, apparently scribs have been queuing round the block for years to try and talk to them but they won't entertain the idea. Senter is a hardcore gym junkie, looking after himself in allenwood and Testa is well respected and liked and looked after in Butner. The guy from Duran Duran's younger brother, who wrote the book By way of Carnarsie, when he originally announced it a couple of years ago, there was a chapter about the Twins and organised crime in Canarsie. He said he grew up with them and knew them on a personal level but a huge war of words erupted on the official face book page and he was getting a backlash from members of Senter and Testa family. Patti Testa's son was very vocal. The page was taken down by the author, I assume because of the grief he was receiving , which was a shame because the mother of all threads erupted about them from all their childhood lifelong friends, family, neighbours, people who worked for them etc, there was hundreds of posts about them and people's experiences with them. Realy interesting stuff. The book got a publisher and was released a few months ago, don't know if he made alterations to that chapter which brought him grief.

And it's not like they were heavy hitters in the grand scheme of things certainly within the Gambino leadership, and the Lucchese leadership.
