The 47-year-old Said Razzouki was apprehended by Colombian police in Medellin, the Dutch police said on Friday. The arrest was made as part of a collaboration between the national unit of the Netherlands police, and two American law enforcement offices, the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Razzouki was arrested with two men of the notorious clan del golfo, he was injured trying to escape through a window.
A few years ago they didn't even have him and Taghi on the radar so expect some new sponsors to rise (and fall) pretty quickly.

Ridouan Taghi, according to the Criminal Intelligence Team (TCI), paid money before his arrest to free him with heavy weapons from the Extra Secured Establishment (EBI) in Vught. The police have therefore been instructed to keep an eye on the penitentiary institution.

And the aviation police have been asked to pay extra attention to the surroundings of the PI Vught during the flights. Infrared recordings can be made from the air.

The management of the PI and the mayor of Vught have been informed about this. Marcel de Rouw, a local police officer in Vught, neither confirms nor denies the fact that the police were instructed to include the PI Vught extra in surveillance. "It's all very sensitive," he says. ,, From the National Unit there are colleagues in the PI present for monitoring and security, as long as Taghi has been in Vught . There is certainly extra attention for safety and we work closely with the other services. Furthermore, I cannot say anything about it. "

Footage of the arrest of Razzouki. He presented himself as a twenty-year-older person in Colombia and wore a beard. He was finally recognized on images of drones when he made one of his few trips.
According to the Colombian general, Razzouki tried to keep the police at bay for months with Escobar tactics. For example, the Dutch criminal did not have a telephone at home and he did everything through personal contact. He was protected by members of the Colombian drug cartel Clan del Golfo.

In Spain, Dennis "Demis" M. (44) died in custody. He would have died of a cardiac arrest. M. was sentenced by the court in Spain to eleven years in prison for having operated several weed plantations in the Alicante area. He was also suspected of being involved in some liquidations in 2014 in Amsterdam.
Demis M. was a "cousin" of drug boss Gwenette Martha, who was shot dead in 2014, and was seen by the police as a member of a group of criminals from South Amsterdam around Martha.
Martha broke up with his former partner Houssine A., this led to the murders in 2014 of which M. was also suspected.
M. remained loyal to Martha his brother Dani M. has gone to the rival gang.

The police found a large drug lab in Hapert in Noord-Brabant on Wednesday. Large quantities of MDMA (the active substance in xtc) were produced in the lab, accounting for three to three and a half million xtc pills. Two men aged 42 and 48 from Eindhoven were arrested.
The raid on the laboratory was part of a long-standing investigation, the professional lab had a total of four sections: the lab with the boilers, a storage place with chemicals, a room full of freezers to crystallize the substances from the boilers and a mixing room.

Taghi is now linked to 9 other liquidations and attempted liquidations, this became known in the process against 16 members of outlaw motorclub Caloh Wagoh. Attacks were aimed at 14 people, 3 of whom actually died. From the thousands of pgp messages some info was leaked Taghi wanted topcriminals Dino Soerel, Danny K and Sjaak Burger dead. Had something to do with the murder of Jair Wessels.

Taghi is not yet a suspect in this trial, but will be in the Marengo trial later this year which involves 9 murders and attempts.
So we are now talking about over a dozen murders and many more attempts, but there were more murders also a dozen abroad linked to the Taghi group.

There was already speculation they were behind the high profile hit on Stanley Hillis, Noffel was also convicted of the failed hit on his protege Pjotr R. So the old dutch penoze has been targeted before. Also the hit on the ex fighter Nijman and the threats against ex fighter Vrij.

Still, it's a wasp's nest. The Moroccans have contacted the Antilleans, but also the Surinamese in gangs like Caloh Wagoh. And connected to Caloh Wagoh were also some old Dutch penoze guys like Greg. Danny K in turn was a protege of Greg. Danny and Dick were also brought into connection with the Hells Angels. So who's targeting who and why?
The Amsterdam-Utrecht underworld is a mess these days.

Motorcycle gang Caloh Wagoh had three "murder cells". They are all fucked, because the founder Keylow, also founder of the Dutch Crips, kept copies of millions of pgp messages on his computer lol.

Police discovered possible murder plan on crime reporter

A 31-year-old Amsterdam man who was supposed to have committed an attack on crime journalist John van den Heuvel of De Telegraaf, will be in court on Tuesday.
After a raid on his home in Amsterdam in December, the suspect was arrested. During a house search a rocket launcher was found that he might want to use in his liquidation plan.

The police action took place after a detailed tip had been received by the Criminal Intelligence Team (TCI) at the beginning of December that suspect YA was possibly preparing an attack on Van den Heuvel on behalf of third parties. The assassination attempt had to take place before the New Year.

"Of course I was quite shocked when I was told what information had arrived at the police intelligence service. If a rocket launcher is also found during the investigation of that tip, you will be shocked. I am very pleased that the tip has been seriously investigated and has led to an arrest, "said the crime journalist, who has been heavily protected both privately and while working since the end of 2017.

In investigations into Ridouan Taghi and motorcycle club Caloh Wagoh, the police have repeatedly encountered information about planned assassinations of Van den Heuvel, who does not comment further.

Underground banker arrested for money laundering millions of euros
March 4, 2020

In a police and FIOD investigation, a 55-year-old man from Abcoude was arrested on Tuesday and is suspected of having laundered many millions as an underground banker for criminals. There has been confiscation of administration, three cars and jewelry that were in a safe.
Money couriers
The criminal investigation started after information about the collection and transport of large amounts of cash by the suspect, the FIOD reports Wednesday. The man would use different money couriers and the money would come from criminal activities. One of the money couriers (a 44-year-old from Amsterdam) was arrested on 26 February . His car was specially prepared to hide money.

Dutch murder command arrested
By MARCEL VINK

Updated 44 min ago
55 min ago in INTERIOR

MARBELLA - The Spanish police have arrested members of a Dutch murder command in the southern resort of Marbella. The men are suspected of multiple liquidations and are said to be one of the most active 'hitmen' in Europe, according to the authorities.

Police have released footage of the arrests. A total of six people were arrested during the operation, four in Spain and two in the Netherlands. The gang is said to have committed at least ten murders.

According to the authorities, the arrested would be hired by various criminal groups to 'settle outstanding accounts'. The highly professional organization used mobile phones to send encrypted messages.

Four of the suspects were arrested when they traveled from the Netherlands to Spain to do a new 'job'. They carried a semi-automatic pistol with silencer and ammunition, Spanish media report, adding that the Amsterdam police force was also involved in the investigation.

The immediate cause for the joint operation 'Bentley' of the Spanish and Dutch authorities was the liquidation of Abdelhadi Yaqout, known locally as 'Marco', in the night of 20 to 21 January 2019 in Marbella.

The Spaniard of Moroccan origin led a jet set existence on the Spanish south coast. He had several successful catering businesses, but was also deeply involved in international drug trafficking.

Due to the lack of structure in the underworld, Amsterdam crime is said to be 'worse' than the mafia. Top criminals in Amsterdam have 'hundreds of millions of euros'. We still call them Amsterdam criminals, because they all come from here. But many of them no longer live in Amsterdam. And the big money is not here either. That is in Dubai, Panama, Spain, Morocco, Brazil. There is also a risk that criminals will invest heavily in Amsterdam's new construction projects.

Mink K. and several others had ties to the IRA and other Irish-British. No new names but there are various families active in which crime passes from generation to generation, so you see more and more second generation.

HA Amsterdam the number one chapter in Europe, but since the club has been banned here they are more low profile, similar to Quebec.

"Who talks, who goes": how Ridouan Taghi's youth gang grew into a murder squad
Youth gang Bad Boys became the hub of the country's most murderous crime organization, led by Ridouan Taghi. The core of that gang proves how crime doesn't pay, in the end. Almost everyone is trapped or killed - by old friends.

Paul Vugts March 21, 2020 , 3:00 PM

It starts with hanging out and street trading in hashish, but hustling ends in large-scale hash trade, burglaries, arms trade and the bizarre phenomenon of deadly street racing.

They are roughly fifty boys and young men who, in varying composition, manifest themselves in the Utrecht region from the end of the eighties as the infamous youth gang Bad Boys. They hang out at the Cityplaza shopping center in Nieuwegein and fan out from there to Utrecht, IJsselstein, Maarssen and other municipalities in the area.

In the early nineties an unobtrusive boy joins the group: Ridouan Taghi from Vianen, then about fourteen years old.

He is a clever pre-university student at a school in Nieuwegein, which he will nevertheless leave without a diploma. He is small and petite and the, literally and figuratively, the bigger boys regularly beat him up or rob him of his starting hashish business.

The Bad Boys, meanwhile, are becoming an increasingly serious pest. With increasingly serious crimes, but also with those street races that are a life-threatening pastime among more problem youths.

Members of the Bad Boys are unlikely to tear recklessly over the Amsterdamsestraatweg in Utrecht ('the longest shopping street in the Netherlands'), over the Ring Utrecht and over a business park in Maarssen. They try to overtake trains. Tradition has it that there are eight deaths in those races - although that figure has never been formally established.

Ridouan Taghi's star is already starting to rise, but the time when his name in Utrecht and surroundings is only whispered or shortened to 'T' is yet to come. At first he is just 'Kleine', 'Nose' or 'Freggel'.

Joint past
The hard core of the Bad Boys consists of about twelve in the nineties. It is a multicultural group. The 'Surinamese': Mao R. (1975) and his younger brother Mario (1979) from Utrecht; Feno D. (1985) and Gerel Palm (1983) from Amsterdam; Jaouad (Joey) W. (1979) from Tiel; Gilbert Roemer (1979) and childhood friend and neighbor Timon 'Chico' Badloe (1975) from Nieuwegein.

The Antillean Sherwin S. (1975) from Amsterdam, whose younger brother Shurandy will shoot the innocent brother of crown witness Nabil B. in early 2018, is part of the group, as are the native Utrechters Levi B. (1987) and Gertjan de J. (1978) and the Moroccan Samir Erraghib (1979) from IJsselstein. And then there is the Ridouan Taghi (1977) from Vianen, born in Beni Selman, Morocco.

The Bad Boys continue to grow. The common past on the street has forged strong bonds of trust, crucial in the uncertain and suspiciously underworld. Taghi develops into an adept drug lord. He is allowed to exploit some of the hash lines that were once set up by his grandfather and is expanding them energetically. With fast speed boats, the faithful transfer the hashish from Morocco to the Spanish south coast. From there smooth lines run further into Europe.

The switch to cocaine follows steadily. Taghi's organization becomes extremely rich from that trade so quickly that it is too late when first competitors and years later the investigation services get to know which multi-headed monster has emerged.

The organization uses a structure of separate groups and groups for different tasks, so that street soldiers can link as little as possible. The betrayal, 'snitching' at rivals or investigation, is the capital punishment: who talks, who goes.

In the late 1990s, Taghi forges his organization together with that of the Utrecht Moroccan Saïd Razzouki (1972) and his family and relatives. For example, Taghi has a right hand in Saïd Razzouki and a left hand in Bad Boy Mao R.

Rotterdam research
It is the deadly key witness Ebrahim B. (1969) from Utrecht who is the first criminal to explain to the police on Saturday June 27, 2015 how badly those Bad Boys of yesteryear hunt rivals. The hash trader, ex-criminal in his own words, was followed months before by 'three Surinamese' who apparently traced him in Belgium, where he had sought shelter. They want to liquidate him.

Foreman of the trio is 'a negro' who according to B. has already carried out various liquidations for Taghi, including the (initially failed) murder of his ex-brother-in-law. By that 'negro' he clearly means Bad Boy Joey 'Book' W .. Because Ebrahim B. has withdrawn even further and is nowhere to be found, his attackers go after his friends - to come to him or kill them through them. to hit B..

The sudden, ultimately detailed statements by B. come at the moment that a large investigation into thieves of (flight) cars in Rotterdam led the police to Utrecht and the surrounding area. There, a new investigation, codenamed 26Koper, has identified a large group of suspects who seem to form a very professionally operating murder command.

Spotters (observers) meticulously map the corridors of targets. In an administration it later appears that there is hardly any cover for 19 million euros in income and expenditure noted for spotters, 'hitters' (hired killers) and (stolen) cars for observations or to flee.

In July 2015, the police find an awe-inspiring pile of war equipment in two boxes belonging to lessor De Storageman in Nieuwegein, including 92 firearms (38 of which are automatic), 9 shrapnel grenades and 13 bullet-proof vests. Elsewhere there are more weapons. Of five clearly identified targets that have been meticulously observed, two are liquidated after the apparent murder squad is rolled up.

Several murder commands
According to the prosecutors, the ten suspects in the large criminal case "Copper are driven by power, hatred, financial gain and the urge to climb the criminal ladder" and are prepared to kill victims they do not even know. There are three former Bad Boys in the suspects: prime suspect Joey W., Levi B. and Mario R.

Ridouan Taghi and Saïd Razzouki were not included in this process, but gradually it has become clear to the judiciary that they and Mao R. are hanging over several murderous organizations, of which the group from 26Koper was only one.

Investigation services are not least aware of this due to the millions of encrypted messages between criminals found on computer servers seized in Canada and Costa Rica. The huge mountain of text messages made legible is a bombshell of evidence because (also) the groups around Taghi 'speak' in chillingly cold and crystal clear terms in their email traffic about liquidations, because they think they are unobserved.

After years, the three leaders are still taken one by one: Mao R. (and Mario R.) in Suriname in May 2019; Ridouan Taghi in December 2019 in Dubai and Said Razzouki in February 2020 in Colombia.

Murdered childhood friends
In two unprecedentedly large, new and barely manageable criminal trials already in the start-up phase, she and more than thirty co-suspects will be tried for involvement in a lot of liquidations, failed attempts and never-executed murder plans - plus the membership of a murder gang.

Taghi, Razzouki and Mao and Mario R. are being tried in the Marengo case; Bad Boy Feno D. is a major suspect in Eris's related trial.

The charges in Marengo also feature a Bad Boy as a victim: Samir Erraghib, who was shot dead in 2017 in IJsselstein. He is only one of the three murdered Bad Boys. Childhood friends and drug traffickers Adjai Badloe and Gilbert Roemer were also wound up with brutal violence, in their old neighborhood in Nieuwegein.

Gerel Palm is on the National Investigation List because he allegedly shot two Rotterdammers on December 10, 2016 in a meadow in Noordeloos in South Holland. He was arrested in Suriname in March 2017, but was able to 'escape' from prison and has been a fugitive ever since.

The only one from the hard core of the Bad Boys who really manages to stay out of the hands of the police for a long time is Sherwin S. This does not apply to his brother Shurandy, who murdered the innocent brother of crown witness Nabil B. against Taghi's group.

Hard core awaits jail, imprisoned or murdered

Ridouan Taghi (1977)

Must fear lifelong as the main suspect in the multiple liquidation case Marengo.

Mao R. (1975)

Assigned a leading role as Taghi's adjutant in Marengo and fearing for life.

Mario 'Piet' R. (1979)

To be continued in Marengo as an extension of brother Mao (and Taghi) and for the 2015 liquidation of spy shop employee Ronald Bakker in Huizen, plus for the plan to shoot a bazooka at the spy shop in Nieuwegein where Bakker worked.

Jaouad 'Joey' / 'Book') W. (1979)

As one of the prime suspects in trial 26, got 13 years in prison for preparing for liquidations and possessing a huge arsenal of weapons.

Levi B. (1987)

In process 26, he also received a 13-year prison term for preparing liquidations and possessing a huge arsenal of weapons.

Feno D. (1985)

In the liquidation process Eris is accused of being involved in the liquidation in 2017 of criminal Jaïr Wessels in Breukelen, the order to liquidate the Amsterdam criminal Inchomar Balentien (when it failed), three attempts to liquidate and an attempt or attempt to bombard a house.

Gertjan de J. (1978)

Is now free, but always appears in violent cases and drug investigations.

Gerel Palm (1983)

Is on the National Investigation List for the double attempt to liquidate two Rotterdammers on 10 December 2016 in Noordeloos.

Sherwin S. (1975)

Lost himself, brother Shurandy 'Andy' S. was sentenced to 28 years for the murder of Reduan B., brother of Nabil B.

Gilbert 'Rasta Gilly' Roemer (1979)

Was liquidated on 24 June 2013 in Nieuwegein.

Samir Erraghib (1979)

Was wound up in IJsselstein on April 17, 2016.

Adjai 'Timon' / 'Chico' Badloe (1975)

Was wound up on November 28, 2017 in the same street in Nieuwegein where his friend Gilbert Roemer was murdered in 2013.

Prevention is a long-term process
The 39 municipalities, the police and the judiciary in the central Netherlands want to do everything they can to prevent 'young growth' from being lured into the brutal drug world - such as the Bad Boys.

Remco Mulder coordinates the Street Value (s) program, in which the police, the judiciary, municipalities, aid workers and many authorities work together to reverse the 'undermining' of neighborhoods by drug traffickers.

Complicated case

"Drug use continues to increase and supply continues to grow," says Mulder. “Young people think they can make money easily and quickly and do not see that they end up irrevocably in a world of excessive violence; of shootings, liquidations and murders of the wrongdoers through blunders. "

It is not only underprivileged boys in problem areas that end up in the trade, Mulder notes. “It is quite complicated to get the right guys in your sights. You used to have the stepping stone theory: step by step they made their wrong career. Now you also see boys who do have perspectives and choose that world. ”

Quick Repsonse

To see the right individuals and groups in a timely manner and to 'penetrate into the capillaries of neighborhoods', good neighborhood agents, youth workers and youth workers are needed. And active local residents, such as mother networks that sound the alarm in time when it turns out that a son keeps a Kalashnikov under his bed.

According to Mulder, it starts with speaking up in the neighborhood because 'people often want to, but just don't know how'.

The Street Value (s) program has two pillars: through repression, the parties try to 'dethrone' the neighborhood princes and viceroys' in the drug trade and show that the government intervenes if necessary - including through a Quick Response Team of the Law enforcement.

For prevention, the joint authorities want to cooperate 'smarter' and, for example, have the party with the best cards break through the culture of silence or have scientists carry out small-scale experiments to see how barriers can be built that keep young people out of the coke trade.

No quick fixes

Positive role models that enjoy respect are crucial. This can be the kickboxing trainer, the youth worker or the mother or the hairdresser; pivotal figures who explain that dealing is not normal. Think also of a boy who got out of the environment.

It is a long-term affair, but Street Value (s) has been allocated for years, and part of the roughly 8 million euros that the police, the judiciary and the 39 municipalities in the central Netherlands have received from the fund against 'undermining'. . "There are no quick fixes," says Mulder. "Boys should feel that there is no romance in drug trafficking, but rather a very dark shadow side."

In Mexico, the British-Belgian criminal “Billy” Meech was liquidated on Thursday March 19. He was shot by one of two men on a motorcycle, according to Mexican media. He just wanted to go for a bike ride in Desierto de los Leones Natural Park, southwest of Mexico City. Billy was a good friend of the Dutch criminal Mink Kok.

Drug criminal worked for the police

For the first time in twenty years, police
deployed a criminal civilian infiltrator.
At the beginning of March, eight men were
arrested as a result, who are suspected
of international hard drug trafficking.

The group operated from Friesland and
got help from motorcycle clubs Hells Angels
and Red Devils. The drug lines ran
to Australia, England, Finland and
Ireland. The infiltrator himself was part
of the drug network.

The prosecutor says the infiltrator was the only
way to gain insight into the network.
"It was previously agreed that he
could trade drugs and launder money under
the direction of the police."

TKJ, familiar with Billy? He's from Antwerp, was arrested in the past for coke smuggling with Mink K in Lebanon. He has strong links to the colombians through his colombian wife. He also was in contact with drug lord Samir Scarface until his murder in Marbella one of the biggest traffickers in Europe.

Yeah I definitely heard of Billy before. As far as I know he didn't really operate in Antwerp; mostly associated with Amsterdam-based criminals.

Yes there were several Belgians involved around Mink two were murdered Danny Leclère in the 90s and Jan van Zantvoort few years ago in Spain. It's amazing how many people around Mink have been shot to dead during his long career probably around 30.

There is information that settlements in the criminal circuit are being postponed due to the corona crisis. This is because streets are now emptier and, for example, a police helicopter can detect a getaway car more easily.

"The chance of being caught is now greater," says chairman of the Dutch Police Association Jan Struijs in De Telegraaf .

According to Struijs, organized crime is currently responding very quickly to the crisis with corona-related cybercrime, fraud and the production of counterfeit products.

“Criminals are extremely creative. Look at drug sales. Due to the closed catering and canceled events, part of the sales market has disappeared. What you are seeing now is an increase in drugs by mail,” said the chairman of the Dutch Police Association.

Brake on the detection
There is now a brake on the investigation, says Struijs: only highly necessary investigations continue. Corona crime is, however, a priority.

Investigations into organized crime with a foreign component, for example, are delayed or postponed. Because of the protective measures, it is now much more difficult to intercept a drug transport, arrest a criminal involving several countries or hear witnesses abroad.

“I hear from the 'intelligence' department that with about eighty percent of the information that is now received by the police, nothing can be done,” says Struijs.

Risk of robberies increases
The chairman of the Dutch Police Association finds it difficult to say anything about the long-term effects. "The criminal investigation department must now switch rapidly to tackling new forms of crime, in order to switch back after the corona crisis."

In addition, he is concerned that there is now less cash in circulation. “Criminals like cash and become desperate. There is a good chance of more robberies and robberies at home. More chance of using more violence. ”

Hollander, are you familiar with the family C. from Geleen?
They're Moluccan if I recall correctly. Have been brought into connection with large scale drug transports in Limburg (presumably connected to Satudarah) and at one time were suspected of being behind an underworld hit in Belgian Limburg.

The criminal investigation department made reports from a PGP telephone used by Naoufal “Noffel” F. legible. According to the prosecutor in the case against Richard "Rico" R. (46), those reports show the close criminal cooperation between Rico the Chilean, Naoufal F. and Ridouan Taghi.

On Wednesday there was a pro forma hearing in the case against Rico, who is suspected of leading a criminal organization that trafficked cocaine but also collaborated with Taghi and the Italian Raffaele Imperiale. According to the judiciary, that network also committed murders, led by Rico and Taghi. Naoufal F. has been sentenced to life imprisonment for provoking murder.

However, Rico is not on trial for murders. He cannot yet be prosecuted for this because he was extradited by Chile on the basis of a suspicion of drug trafficking. Justice has said for more than half a year that an additional request for legal assistance with information about murder suspicions will be sent to Chile. At Wednesday's session, it turned out that it still hasn't happened.

The court still intends to hear the substance of the case against "Rico the Chilean" in June.
