The family hired a high powerd attorney. Its a open n shut case. But theres is a butt. Maybe since frank calis family is so uncooperative with the police his attorney gets him a good plea deal. I dont even think his family will go to court and give victim impact statements, they probaly dont even answer the district attorneys phone calls. I think that Commello had been warned not to see the girl anymore and he thought that since the girl was the nephew of what is believed to be the Gambinos boss, thought he should kill Calì before he ordered someone to kill him.
