He faces 20 years, sure, but he'll likely get within the guidelines that federal prosecutors agreed to when he pleaded guilty, which yPou can be damn sure is less than 20. He'll probably serve less than five.

Sure but my point was it's still a possibility he could die in jail. It just shows that guys past 70 years old and just about to begin a few years sentence are in it for life. Like the saying goes which I've just made up.. if you aren't prepared to die in prison as an old man don't join the Mob in the first place!

If there was no violence, he will likely get 48-60 months. Its a gambling case but his points will increase because of his priors and the fact that he held a leadership role.
