I think they had a deal for it to be released in theaters and on demand on the same day. They decided they wanted a strictly theatrical release, so they're shopping it around. If they don't get it, it'll just get picked up for a theatrical and on demand release again.

Hell yes. I don't understand Hollywood's obsession with Gotti. Sorry to disrespect the dead but the fuckin guy's story's been told a hundred times over, he was basically a cheap thug in expensive suits, and he did more damage to the Mob than probably anyone else.
