I know that Scarfo had good relations with Big Paul, Bobby Manna, Sammy the Bull, the Chin, the Teflon Don and Vic Amuso, but what were his relationships like with Carmine Jr. and Big Joey Massino? What about other families such as the DeCavalcantes, the Boston mob, Detroit and Chicago?

https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-stat/g...report-1992.pdf

This report has a lot of great info in it.
-Don't know about Persico, but it seems like Scarfo had a good relationship with Joseph “Joe Black” Gorgone, a Colombo family member.
-The closest thing I could find linking Scarfo and Chicago is when Scarfo asked Bobby Manna to reach out to Chicago to help merge bartenders local 491 and local 54.

Based on this article which Philip Leonetti wrote for the Huffington Post (!), it seems they had a working relationship with the New England family.

Mighty: Nick liked that guy Joe Black and gave his kid a spot in him mothers apartment building on Georgia avenue for a very short time and was around here the neighborhood for some.

I don't know who introduced them (but this NY painter was around at same times)but Joe black and the son liked the casinos and the life in a casino city.

I can't count how many NY guys came to him for shit in AC when it was building but it was not doubt a who who's around that time .

Carmine had much more on his plate like the joint and he would of sent a street boss or other to AC .

Can't tell if it was a family thing that the Gorgone 's were around or if it was there own doing looking for rackets .

But there was is a big shot in a painting outfit (union)from Brooklyn that was possibly the one to get them together not sure .

I remember reading this yrs. ago,& quite frankly,I believe Phil..I've heard from other readings that Bulger was a real scumbag & would anything 2 get a head..which further xplaians y the movie sucked....b-cause it had no prominent research.

Another full of shit story by philip..early 80s no one thought whitey was bad and at that ppiny whitey wasnt looked as a drug dealer either..and I'm not 100 percent but I don't think he had started killing broads yet, and again if he had it wasn't common knowledge. Next u will hear Phillip provided the guns for the Lincoln assassination.
