Major weapon discovery in Malaga garage

The Spanish police found in a garage in Malaga an arsenal of weapons in an investigation into a Dutch drug gang. A suspect had
hidden the weapons in his car. These are Kalashnikovs, pistols, machine guns, hand grenades and ammunition. The weapons were ready for use.

The Spanish police started the investigation in October, following the discovery of six tons of cocaine on an industrial estate in
Malaga. Dozens of cars with secret storage areas have been seized, as well as a large supply of raw materials for the production of synthetic drugs. Twenty suspects are detained.

"Justice already knew in 2017 that Taghi wanted revenge through family of witnesses"
08 July 2019 12:46
Last update: 3 hours ago

As early as 2017, the judiciary was aware of plans Ridouan Taghi made to liquidate family members of 'traitors'. Het Parool reports this on Monday on the basis of deciphered messages that the newspaper has viewed.

In a message to his wife he would have written that, in addition to the traitors themselves, he was also going to "send their children, mothers, sisters, fathers to hell".

This is striking, because there appears to be mistakes in securing the family of crown witness Nabil B. For example, the crown witness did not want it to be announced that he had made statements about Taghi and the group around the man until the man in question was arrested.

Justice did this anyway and just a week later B.'s innocent brother Reduan was shot at work in Amsterdam. The newspaper sketches that only after it was announced that B. had made statements, preparations were made to protect the brother of the crown witness.

According to Het Parool, this is largely due to the fact that the responsible department of the Public Prosecution Service (OM) received only limited information about Taghi from the department of justice leading the investigation. Justice does not want to respond to the newspaper.

OM keeps the man responsible for multiple liquidations
The OM holds Taghi responsible for multiple liquidations (including Samir Erraghib's and the Hakim Changachi assassination) and being involved in international drug trafficking. A reward of 100,000 euros has been promised for the tip that leads to his arrest.

On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, hearings are held in the case against eight men suspected of having been part of the murderous gang around Taghi.

Dutch suspect diamond robbery arrested in Spain
July 19, 2019
On Friday, a 30-year-old Dutchman was arrested on the Costa Brava. He was wanted since May last year because he and two others would have committed an armed robbery at a hotel in Amsterdam. A large amount of diamonds were captured during the robbery.

Platja d'Aro
When the Dutch police searched a home south of Utrecht after the raid, two firearms and lots of ammunition were found. The police already suspected that the man and a female co-suspect were hiding on the Costa Brava.

The Dutchman was arrested in a busy street of Platja d'Aro. The Spanish National Police cooperated with the Dutch and Catalan authorities. According to the Spanish police, the man is dangerous and belongs to a criminal family clan. Although he had changed his appearance and offered false Romanian papers to the police, his identity could be traced through his fingerprints.

Luxury watch
At the time of the arrest, the Dutchman tried to hand over his luxury watch to one of the people he was with at the time. The watch was worth more than 15,000 euros. The agents were able to prevent this just in time.

The arrested Dutchman is also wanted for crimes in Spain. The Spanish court will decide whether the suspect is extradited to the Netherlands.

NETHERLANDS' MOST WANTED FUGITIVE HIDING IN DUBAI: REPORT
By Janene Pieters on July 24, 2019 - 08:30

Ridouan Taghi, currently the most wanted fugitive in the Netherlands, is almost certainly hiding in Dubai, newspaper De Telegraaf writes based on sources within the Public Prosecution Service. The police and judiciary are convinced that the net is closing around Taghi, the newspaper writes.

Last week the police called on Dutch to keep an eye out for Taghi and his right-hand man Said Razzouki while holidaying abroad. The two are the main suspects in a series of assassinations in the Netherlands. On Opsporing Verzocht the police said that they might be hiding in Spain, Morocco or Dubai. A reward of 100 thousand euros is offered for the golden tip that leads to each of their arrests.

The police received 29 tips after the broadcast, Public Prosecution Service spokesperson Wim de Bruin said to the newspaper. "Twenty of them were really useful." He would not say whether the authorities believe Taghi is in Dubai. "We make no statements about the investigation into Taghi."

But according to De Telegraaf's sources, he is. "We now have strong indications that Taghi is in Dubai", said one source, who works at the highest level within the Public Prosecution Service according to the newspaper.

The Prosecutor linked Taghi and Razzouki to five assassinations, most of which happened within the Utrecht criminal underworld. According to the Public Prosecutor, Taghi and Razzouki ran a "well-oiled murder organization".

Dutch drug lord arrested in Brazil, gang let it far NOW
August 10, 2019 World 28 Views

The police in Goiás, a Brazilian state, have arrested a Dutchman at the head of a criminal organization focused on drug trafficking and money laundering. 11 cars, 13 luxury watches and cash were confiscated.

The police persecuted the gang after a pilot disappeared at the end of last year after a possible crash in Bolivia. The police found during the investigation that he and other pilots worked for the criminal association of the Dutchman, reported local media. To escape the authorities, they flew extremely deep and took dangerous antics.

The cocaine was finally smuggled into Europe and hidden in various products. Among other things, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France were the final destination.

According to the Brazilian police, the gang members did little to disguise their accumulated wealth. For example, some members once used the helicopter for ice cream in the city of Palma.

Criminal gangs infiltrating Dutch police, according to justice ministry
AUGUST 24, 2019 14:20 EDITOR MOB WATCH
A confidential report from the Ministry of Justice reveals that Dutch police have been infiltrated by organised crime, with officials admitting that the cases under investigation may just be the “tip of the iceberg”.

Dozens of police officers have been dismissed in recent weeks as a result of investigations into corruption and breach of secrecy, according to a report obtained by the newspaper Algameen Dagblad, which revealed that police divisions across the country have been infiltrated by criminal groups

In July, the daily revealed that the gang led by Ridouan Taghi, who is being tried for drug trafficking and organising a number of gangland murders, had links with a senior officer from Utrecht.

Following an investigation, the officer was fired.

In Limburg, a senior officer was suspended for “potentially unprofessional behavior”, and three members of the team were dismissed following an investigation into four other police officers who were suspended in April.

A 55-year-old member of the Amsterdam Police Division was also suspended and arrested in July for possession of hard drugs, document fraud, manipulation of state computers and disclosure of confidential information.

In the central region of the Netherlands, nineteen police officers are accused of being linked to organised crime.

Other investigations into similar cases are ongoing.

Jan Struijs, President of the NPD Police Union, has called for much more be done to prevent police from being recruited by criminal groups.

“Our colleagues are approached by criminals. This occurs at all levels. Officers must be trained to handle this responsibly,” he said.

A Dutch justice ministry report published in 2017 and seen by the Guardian revealed that about 40 percent of “professional integrity breaches” in the police concerned officers with an immigrant background, who make up 7 percent of police personnel.

The report concluded that officers from immigrant communities were more likely to be approached by criminals offering to recruit them due to the “relatively greater level of involvement of some ethnic groups” in criminal activity, and the extended networks and complex loyalties of immigrant families.

Wow..

The key witness in the major winding-up process that started this summer has canceled his contract with the Justice Department on protection. That is what De Telegraaf writes. It is about Nabil B., whose innocent brother was shot in Amsterdam last year, a few months after the Public Prosecution Service announced that B. would testify in the trial.

The main suspect in that so-called Marengo trial is Ridouan Taghi, who is a fugitive and most likely to be abroad. He is associated by the judiciary with a series of liquidations.

According to the newspaper, Nabil B. feels cheated by the Witness Protection Team (TGB) of justice and would refuse to work with the team any longer. The breach would have already occurred in April. Attempts to restore the relationship would have failed.

Transfer
The dissatisfaction is said to be in the short term that he would be transferred to a normal prison. He is currently staying on a heavily secured wing within the prison complex in Vught.

Neither the Public Prosecution Service nor the lawyer of B. wants to comment against De Telegraaf. The newspaper writes that it is unclear what the consequences are for the process. B. has already made many statements, but may in the future refuse to give additional testimonials or be heard again.

KEY WITNESS' LAWYER ASSASSINATED IN AMSTERDAM
By Janene Pieters on September 18, 2019 - 09:23

Update 9:55 a.m. - updated the article with police confirmation of the victim's identity

A man was shot and killed in Buitenveldert in Amsterdam on Wednesday morning. Het Parool and De Telegraaf identify the victim as Derk Wiersum, the lawyer that represented key witness Nabil B. A police officer confirmed this in an interview with AT5, adding that the 44-year-old lawyer lived on Imstenrade where the shooting happened.

Dispatch services sent out an ambulance and a trauma team by helicopter towards the Buitenveldert neighborhood in Amsterdam Zuid at about 7:30 a.m. Police assistance was also requested at the scene on Imstenrade, followed by more emergency personnel.

Emergency services tried to resuscitate the victim, but it was to no avail. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene, the Amsterdam police reported.

The perpetrator fled on foot in the direction of Van Boshuizenstraat. The police are looking for a man between the ages of 16 and 20 years, dressed in black clothing with a hoodie.

“It’s really serious. It’s scary,” said one young neighbor. She remarked how safe the neighborhood is in an interview with AT5.

Wiersum is not the first person connected to Nabil B. to be assassinated. B.'s brother Reduan was killed at his Amsterdam business just a week after the Public Prosecutor announced that it made a suspect turned key witness. The authorities later admitted that they misjudged the risks for B.'s family.

Statements made by Nabil B. linked fugitive Ridouan Taghi to at least eight murders, two attempted murders, and the preparations of two assassinations, Het Parool reported earlier this year.

Security beefed up for gangland killing legal team after lawyer is murdered
CrimeSociety September 19, 2019

Justice minister Ferd Grapperhaus is to meet public prosecution department officials and lawyers representatives on Thursday morning to discuss yesterday’s ‘unprecedented’ murder of a lawyer involved in a gangland killing case.

Derk Wiersum, who was representing Nabil B, a key witness in the case against gangland boss Ridouan Taghi, was shot dead in Amsterdam on Wednesday morning outside his home. Last year Nabil B’s brother was also shot dead, in what is thought to have been a warning to Nabil not to testify.

The aim of the meeting is to try to decide what more can be done to guarantee the safety of lawyers involved in cases of this kind, Grapperhaus told reporters. The chief public prosecutor Fred Westerbeke told current affairs show Nieuwsuur on Wednesday evening that measures have also been taken to protect everyone involved in the case against Taghi.

The counter terrorism unit NCTV is also involved in the investigation into the murder. Westerbeke told Nieuwsuur that Wiersum had discussed safety issues with officials and that some steps had been taken but that murder had not been one of the scenarios under consideration.

Dark phase
The AD says in an analysis that the killing of a lawyer marks the beginning of a ‘new, dark phase’ and shows that the underworld is prepared to directly attack the rule of law.

Lawyers, public prosecutors and judges go about their business unguarded, the paper said. ‘The Netherlands is, or was, a country in which the prime minister cycles to work,’ the paper said.

Yet despite Grapperhaus’ anger at the killing, he is also aware that the underworld is tightening its grip on society and that a quarter of the country’s mayors have been threatened by criminals, the paper points out.

The impact of the lawyer's murder is huge. The fight against OC here will never be the same. Judges, prosecutors and attorneys have been put in safe houses and the security around the trial is upgraded to the highest level like we usually only see with terrorism.

During a shooting in front of a cafe in the center of Rotterdam, a 26-year-old man was seriously injured, the police reported. The victim was taken to the hospital.

According to bystanders, an automatic weapon was used to shoot ten times. That happened around 9.30 pm on the Nieuwe Binnenweg and there it was very busy at the time. Bullet holes are visible in the facade of the café and more than ten bullet cases have been found on the street.

After the shooting incident, a car with a Belgian license plate would have driven away. The police have closed off a large area to secure any traces and to prevent emergency services from being disturbed. The Rotterdam police are calling on witnesses to pass on tips via 112.

Firearm violence in the city
Last week, the municipality, the Public Prosecution Service and the police announced unorthodox measures to tackle the firearm violence in Rotterdam. In the first half of the year there were already 72 shootings in the city, the same as in the whole of 2018.

SECOND LARGEST DRUG LAB IN DUTCH HISTORY FOUND IN KERKRADE
By Janene Pieters on October 1, 2019 - 17:00

The Limburg police discovered a massive drug lab in Kerkrade on Monday evening. This is the second largest drug lab ever found in the Netherlands, a spokesperson for the Limburg police said to NU.nl.

The spokesperson called it an "illegal chemical plant" and said that local residents escaped a "disaster", due to a big risk of the lab exploding. The National Dismantling Support Facility is currently helping the police with mapping the laboratory. After that the complex will be dismantled.

So far one man was arrested. He is in custody for questioning. The police expect that more arrests will follow.

Organized crime appears to have been used for the first time in Dutch by the Catholic MP Jan Harte of Tecklenburg (1853-1937). In 1892 he argued for a better police force to be able to better tackle "cosmopolitan organized crime". In the decades that followed, organized crime was used repeatedly in reports about anarchists, Bolsheviks and Communists. An example from a Catholic newspaper from 1906 : "Anarchism is more than crime, it is a system, a philosophical, an organized crime."

Justice will add six or seven murders to the three already charged in the trial against Caloh Wagoh MC if this happens it will be the biggest assassinations case ever even bigger than the current Marengo trial against the Taghi group.

OM: Ridouan Taghi also client in liquidations motor gang
Ridouan Taghi, the most wanted man in the Netherlands, was also involved in liquidations in the case of motorcycle gang Caloh Wagoh. The Public Prosecution Service said at an interim session in the extra secure court at Schiphol that Taghi was one of the clients for ten liquidations or attempts to do so.

The justice department also says that the motorcycle gang had three murder cells for carrying out liquidations. The boss of Caloh Wagoh, Delano R. (48), would have controlled it. He is one of the two leaders in the case, alongside 70-year-old Greg R., who is seen as a kind of counselor.

wait
In the case, a total of fourteen men are now suspected of being involved in a total of ten liquidations, attempts to do so or preparations. Ridouan Taghi may also be prosecuted in the long term. The OM first wants to await the other trial that is still ongoing against Taghi.

Just as in that process, the Public Prosecution Service also uses a key witness in the Caloh Wagoh case. This man, Tony de G., according to justice was part of such a murder command.

He has made statements about four liquidations and the shelling of the house of a criminal in Doorn. He made a deal with justice because he wanted to leave Caloh Wagoh and feared for his life.

sausage Rolls
The murder orders would not only come from Ridouan Taghi, but also from a Turkish suspect. The Public Prosecution Service gets a lot of evidence from message confiscation with Delano R., who remarkably enough kept copies of the secret communication on his computer.

"As if it were Brabant sausage rolls, people are talking about killing people," the public prosecutor said about a number of suspects. "They run a cow business in liquidations. A sort of hit with jargon."

Intercepted messages mention a price of 70,000 euros per person, including 'irons and bicycles' (weapons and flight cars). "If you use your own irons and bicycles a ton. We don't sell anything to enemies, only death."

"Ridouan Taghi on the radar of American DEA" (UPDATE)
October 18, 2019

"Ridouan Taghi on the radar of American DEA" (UPDATE)
The American drug investigation organization DEA thinks that the fugitive Ridouan Taghi is part of a kind of super cartel. Together with leading figures from the Italian, Irish and Bosnian Mafia from Dubai, he would control a large part of the European cocaine trade. The AD publishes that Friday but BN / De Stem and Crimesite published about it last month.

BN / De Stem and Crimesite based themselves on pieces in Bosnian media that have been online for a long time. The documents were leaked from a request for legal assistance from the Netherlands to Bosnia. The documents show that the Public Prosecution Service in the Netherlands received information from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in August 2018 about an alleged drug cartel in which various Dutch people were allegedly active.

Rico and Noffel
Similarly, Taghi's alleged criminal partner Richard R. , nicknamed Rico de Chileen, and the lifelong- convicted Naoufal "Noffel" F. would be counted by the DEA as part of this network.

Edin G.
Edin G. from Bosnia and Herzegovina would also be part of the super cartel. According to DEA, this G., of whom some family members would be active in the Netherlands and who himself grew up in Brabant, is the leader of the so-called Tito and Dino cartel, one of the 50 largest drug organizations in the world. The American information provided shows that more than 14 tonnes of cocaine were intercepted in 2017, linking the police to Edin G., including 5,300 kilos from Medellín (Colombia) in the port of Antwerp, worth 200 million euros (13 October 2017). ( Text continues under the ads. )

Daniel Kinahan
The police records also show that the DEA had an observation team running at Daniel Kinahan's wedding in the expensive Burj al Arab, with an average overnight price of $ 24,000 one of the most exclusive hotels in the world. During the party they see, among others, Edin G. and Rafaele Imperiale, an Italian who is linked to the Italian Mafia and who lived in the Netherlands for some time and was involved in the healing of the stolen Van Gogh paintings. Imperiale has been sentenced in absentia in Italy to 18 years in prison for drug trafficking and money laundering. In December 2018, the Dutch OM already announced that it saw a connection between Rico de Chileen, Ridouan Taghi and Imperiale. It relied mainly on decrypted PGP messages.

Kinahan and Imperiale would also collaborate with the Taghi group, the DEA suspects.

Dubai
The super cartel would operate from Dubai. The police estimate in the documents that 100,000 kilos of cocaine are smuggled to the port of Rotterdam every year. This network would account for a third of them. In 2018, more than 19,000 kilos of cocaine were seized in the port of Rotterdam.

Attorneys
The lawyers of some of the people mentioned above say in the AD that their clients are not prosecuted for drug trafficking.

Leon van Kleef, lawyer "Rico de Chileen": "I note that there is currently no charge against my client for the possession of drugs or the smuggling thereof. There is no drug charge. Not in America, South America or in Europe. "

Inez Weski, until Thursday Ridouan Taghi's lawyer in the Marengo trial: "It can only be established that this is the umpteenth series of very indefinite and apparently unsubstantiated reports."

Menno Buntsma, lawyer of Edin G .: "Justice confirms that the client is not a suspect in this affair, neither in Bosnia nor in the Netherlands, and no criminal complaint against the client has been filed worldwide."

Local residents shooting: "Happened in front of his wife's nose"

AMSTERDAM - Local residents of Hugo de Grootplein in Amsterdam-West were deeply touched by the shooting this afternoon. One person died in the shooting. "It happened right in front of his wife's nose." Another victim was seriously injured.

Around a quarter to four in the afternoon, loud shots suddenly sounded in the street, says the manager of the square fish shop. "I immediately ran outside and heard screams."

According to the manager of the adjacent tapas bar, a man with a gun had just entered the pizzeria La Piccola Baracca. "And there he shot the owner. A cook of ours first thought that someone in the pizzeria had dropped something. But then it turned out to be shots. So close, horrible. I saw one of his co-workers running outside screaming, he too was hit. ”The police cannot yet confirm whether the owner, according to acquaintances, is a man with an Eastern European background.

Scream
Another nearby man indicates that she has also come to grips with the screaming. "I just wanted to get coffee in a shop here, when suddenly I heard people screaming. When I turned around, I just saw the man's legs lying on the floor. "

According to the manager of the fish shop, the owner was hit in the throat. "Then his wife started to cry very hard. It happened right in front of her. Terrible. And I saw a guy, possibly one of his waiters, sitting on a chair with a tea towel on his stomach. He got there. "

The entrance to the pizzeria, florist and tapas bar was closed off with a red and white ribbon on Wednesday afternoon. Three ambulance cars and five police cars are in the middle of Hugo de Grootplein. Dozens of local residents are watching behind the ribbons.

'Quite howling' for a friendly man
One of them, a middle-aged woman, is deeply affected by the drama. "So horrible. When I heard it, I had to cry. I have eaten once with the owner. He really was a very friendly, hard-working man. Sure, you never know what someone is doing in the background, but I just can't imagine. ”

The size is full for her. "This is the umpteenth incident in the last few months. A grenade has also exploded in my street. I was born and raised here, but it has just become criminal here. "

Sixteen killed by violence
The police have since been able to arrest a suspect on the Admiraal de Ruijterweg. The police do take into account that there is still a suspect on the run.

This year, 16 people have already been killed in violence in Amsterdam. That is one more than in the whole of 2018.

They never went away, just under the radar. wink

The real target was Jovan Djurovic who was seriously injured. Jovan Djurovic's brother is Luka Djurovic, who was killed in a road accident in October 2013, and who was close to Zemun clan chief Luka Bojovic.

How is the classic penoze doing in Amsterdam? Also "under the radar" or dead-as-a-doornail? smile

They tried to kill Jovan Djurovic last year too, In august last year he had bomb under his car and that bomb came off his car while he was driving and exploded behind him. They also tried to kill him in 2017 with a sniper rifle but the shooter missed. Filip Korac who is most powerful crime boss in Balkans is hiding in Amsterdam, he never served any prison time.

Well times has changed so has the penoze. The last 10 years, the municipality of Amsterdam has been busy "cleaning up" the Red Light District for example. However the Top of organized crime in the heart of Amsterdam's city center are still mainly criminals of Dutch origin.

Only Amsterdam penoze guy I currently know about is Danny. He's supposedly big time, but I don't know how big he is exactly.

Penoze seems to be more of a Brabant thing these days. Some of those guys over there are huge.
