I like Massimino's and Carmelina's, both in the North End. There's plenty of deli's in that area too. There's almost too many restaurants in the North End these days but most are pretty good. Then again I've never been a picky eater.

Try Rino's Place (featured on Travel Network) in East Boston and it's tough to beat Luca's on Hanover or Bricco on Hanover
