Apparently he's still hounding Highland Park police. I know his lawyer contacted them last year....could he be considering flipping and offering info on the Ruggirello murder?

Wow the guy seems pretty delusional, but it would be interesting if he had something to offer against the mob on that killing.

Which has always not passed the "sniff test" IMO.
