I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this or if it's already been posted but Mario Puzo's son is suing Paramount.

Paramount and 'Godfather' author heirs clash in NY

Aug. 30, 2012,
NEW YORK (AP) -- The dispute over the future of "The Godfather" franchise is moving to federal court in Manhattan as Paramount Pictures and heirs of the story's author face off at a hearing Thursday.

The son of "The Godfather" creator Mario Puzo wants a judge to end Paramount's rights to make future "Godfather" films.

There was a time when i looked forward to a GF4.... that time died along the same time as Mario Puzo. They need to leave that franchise alone.
