In this novel, it seems that Vito liked to hold court with his 3 top men most of the time (Genco, Tess & Clem.)
This is more a comment than a question I suppose, but I would have liked to have read more into Vito and Genco's private conversations (like what type of information they would give to Tess and Clem on different matters.) Maybe uncover how their actual business operation was ran, more questions on the recruitment of men, and the reasoning for certain actions.

But aside from that, it showed that Vito complete trusted all 3 regardless. Great illustration into Vito's character.

"Now, that plane goes to Miami."
"That's right. That's where I want it met."
