Agree- very nice find. As to who the others are, the one looks like Frankie Loc but as to the other being John Carniglia, I thought Carniglia was incarcerated in Alabama or Mississippi while Testa is t North Carolina at Butner. maybe someone will know for certain

this was 15 years ago, they move prisoners all the time.. btw Testa has recently been moved to a minimum security satellite camp in Arkansas i think.
