In a blender mix up two zuchinis, about a cup and a half of shredded carrots, two cans of Italian peeled tomatoes, five cloves of garlic. You probably have to do this twice because of the size of the blender. It is very important to make sure everything is pureed. Put it into a large pot, bring to a boil and turn the heat off. Add portebella muchrooms (get the big ones and cut them up, meatballs , sausage, and let it sit for an hour. Then put it on low heat for another hour.
Refrigerate overnight, and heat it up the following day, serving it over pasta.
