She wasn't referring to Uncle Junior. She was referring to Richie Aprile. He was her uncle and "disappeared" when janice killed him. To avoid any hassles over his death with the other families, they claim he went into the witness protection program. Works out well since he just got out of prison. They can say that he had the deal all worked out, he'd come back for a little bit, get them some info, then disappear.

Yup, Richie Aprile was who Adriana was referring to when she was chatting with the FBI agents. He was her uncle. Tony explains his disappearance to people outside his inner circle by saying, "He went into the witness protection program."

As for who REALLY is a "mole", don't forget about capo Raymond Curto, who was revealed as a rat in episode 2 of season 3.
