I read some of The Fortunate Pilgrim. I plan on reading the whole thing, though. I want to read it due to my interest in my great-grandparents' immigration here to America. I read before that Mario Puzo made this book with inspiration from his mother. I see my mother as The Don in my family also, so I plan on reading it out of interest and curiosity. I've read about 2 chapters so far and it seems to be a pretty good book.
You know, we always called each other good fellas. Like you said to, uh, somebody, :You're gonna like this guy. He's all right. He's a good fella. He's one of us.: You understand? We were good fellas.
