I have decided to write an expose on the Jewish 'element' in the criminal underworld in the United States. I already have a page dedicated to them on my website, as well as a dozen or so accompanying biographies for some of their NYC based members.

But based upon several threads and posts over the last several days put up on GBB, I've decided to delve deeper into their mob.

Refer to them as you wish; The Kosher Nostra, Gefilte Fish Gangsters, or The Matzo Ball Mafia. They may be funny catchy names by the Jewish mob was no joke.

But by any other name the Jewish element of the underworld was by and large a huge continent of very 'capable' hoods, both in earning prowess and deadly enforcement.

From 'Lepke' Buchalter and 'Nig' Rosen, to Meyer Lansky and 'Little Gangy' Davidoff, these men controlled some of the deadliest gangs and ran some of the most profitable rackets there ever existed.

I'm presently inundated with over a dozen or so projects I'm working on for you guys. But first chance I get I'll create a nice expose that will lay out their true strength and history.

My favorite Jew was Moe Dalitz. Pure hoodlum and fantastic businessman all wrapped up in one.

Isadore Blumenfeld, Milton Rochman, and Hyman Abrams are some to look into.

I'll be exposing more of the little known members if I can. Besides some of the other well knowns

Nig Rosen was a stone cold killer and they hit Meyer Lansky with this accountant shit but in his prime he was the boss of the Bugs and Myer mob and killed plenty of people in his day..Its just his crew started getting long in the tooth in the 60s on because theyre kids didnt go into it........Waxy Gordon is another one who was a heavyweight

Some of the fellas I'll be highlighting are guys like Sammy and Danny Jacobson, Red Hymie Siegel, Cappy Hoffman, and Ruby Lazarus. TOP guys in NYC, Philly, and Miami, yet largely unknown to the general public and especially younger readers in their 30s and 40s.
