Anyone have any information about Joe DeCicco? He was the uncle of Frank DeCicco; and brother of George DeCicco. I tried to find a topic about him; but there are none.
Was Joe ever a captain; and if he was; Where did his crew operate?

You sure? Not disputing you; but Ive seen a video of him tonight on YouTube ordering ice cream with Peter Gotti. What is Pete doing hanging around with an associate? Was it because he was the uncle of Frank DeCicco? And brother of George who I believe was a captain. Also there's a few pictures online with him with Jackie D'Amico.

He certainly does look like a Made guy; or Captain. I knew the video you were talking about. It's a great video with rare footage of Gotti and his guys. I had the same reaction when i saw it. "Who is that man who seems so cozy with Pete Gotti ?" Just based on the way he looks and act, i would automatically think he is a made guy. It's quite surprising that he is not. I am not sure but i'd say that's Georgie DeCicco at 0.50 in the video. He looks like him but the footage is a;bit blurry so maybe I'm wrong. Do you guys identify other people in the video (other than the usual faces like Jackie Nose, JoJo Corozzo, Borriello, Norman Dupont...) ? I wonder who is the guy at 2.13 ? I like that he has some sort of food platter in his trunk but he doesn't bother taking it with him into the club and just had Norman (the Ravenite's carer) to go take it. Proper wiseguy move.

Type in Joe DeCicco in Google; The same figure/guy is buying ice cream with Peter Gotti. He does look like his brother George DeCicco though. I'm surprised Pete is hanging with an associate at that time; Only plausible explanation is; Pete was close with Frank DeCicco; And George DeCicco.
I think Ralph Mosca is in the video tooo. I have to figure out what part of the video though. I'll check in a bit.
