Who are some guys who got whacked because they broke a rule...?

One name i'd say is Anthony Mirra; He brought Donnie Brasco around and the Bonnano administration didn't wanna put up with him after they found out that Brasco was a FBI Agent.

Yeah Massino testified that Sciascia complained about Graziano's drug use, but that the actual reason Sciascia was killed was because Sciascia killed a wiseguy's son in Canada without Massino's permission.
