Insanity pleas hardly ever work and this case, he threw away the gun so legally he knew the difference between right and wrong. Also, he lying about Cali saying that, Cali would never say that based on his lowkey profile and they shook hands at the scene...he wouldnt have shaken hands if he was talking like that. This lid is FULL of it.

On another note the diminished capacity for him being high defense will not work either it barely applies when trying a murder case.

Kid is such a fucking moron it’s unbelievable. Hes 24, not a bad looking dude, obviously very smart, addict and parents have money...not the worst existence by a long shot but still not the best being an addict and a stupid one at that. He will get 25 years with parole after 20-25 years.

A dope fiend would kill anyone for the right price and even though his family is well off financial support was cut off awhile ago for him once knowledge of his addiction reached his family.

There is no way the mafia was involved

I'm not saying one way or another but if someone wanted to take him out and not get the shit storm who better then this nut to do it to make people think there is no way it was OC related.

Dude just didnt end up in that todt hill and everyone other person he tried to arrest was political so out of nowhere he ends up going after this guy because he believes he was a threat to Trump..... There is a few upper echelon guys in closer proximity to him that. He could have mistaken fir dark whatever the fuck I call it and this nut picked Cali ? I'm sorry I may be 100 wrong but I dont buy it. Guy clips the mayor yea id say he acted alone but after the murder did he act like a complete nut but losing the gun or leaving town?

I agree with you and I’ve been saying it from the start using this kid to kill Cali is a great way to deflect attention from whoever was really behind it. Something just isn’t right about all this.

the thing is
will we ever know who was behind that ?
because i always said that
it's weird that he choose cali from all the people in ny city why him ?!
i also think that there is someone or something behind that hit
it's not just random at all...
the fact that he hit his car and shook hand with him
means that there is something behind it...

I don't believe he didn't know who Cali was, of all the cars in front of all the houses on Staten Island, he hits a car of a high ranking mob guy? And just happens to shoot him? Comello does not seem like a reliable guy they would use to do their work, so probably not ordered by anyone. But it seems to big a coincidence to be random.

Comello told at least three different stories, but none included the niece or a female relative.

Could it be who his wife is, she is a member of the Inzerillo Family. Some Sig Vendetta, coming to Staten Island?

This Comello was/is easy to control via drugs, sex, and the bizarre twist of HIV. Oswald was profiled, why couldn’t this kid as well. I wonder why he hasn’t been Jack Rubyied yet.

there is any chance some mobster contracted him to kill cali ?
that sounds weird...
but still i had a feeling ever since the hit that it was a mob hit
but why would someone order cali hit by that retard !?!?
or maybe they manipulate him in some ways and caused him to realize that cali needs to be dead...
anything possible in that case

A bit like the black guy who was used to kill Joe Columbo maybe he was used and they thought they would whack him afterwards but he got caught too quickly?
