So if you believe Joe L is retired andSkinny has taken a backseat and Lance is out or temporary out then you have several new guys up .

Then of course you have several new acting skippers .

This may be bad if the guys that are moved up want to be aggressive in business, unless Skinny can keep them down.

But one thing is most likely that Skinny will not be having words or anything else with anyone. The guys that can put Skinny away for life are in top spots or semi retired .

Mazzone is sitting and has someone in front of him most likely blood .

Ciancaglini ‘s & Faffy must be in a top spot .

This A.P. wonder if he has given what was needed because with all this going on and non of it was leaked , very very unusual for the Feds not knowing who is who .

Shit you have ten guys at the top of the family, now either half of them are retired or Philly has a shit load of capable associates under.

You would think by some of the cars the guys drive, the clothes they wear, the restaurants/bars they go to, the vacations they take , the money they drop gambling like it’s nothing, and the Real Estate they own in their wives names, etc...

Dante my wife and I spend 200,000 a year and we scale it down and that’s with mortgages , no gambling just living and traveling, no designer clothes and the wife does have some expensive stuff but trust me it’s very minimal . But there are children grandchildren and great grandchildren the travel for that is 50g or more a year.

They ( guys that are bosses and skippers) are spending as much but going out three times of what we do . And one night out at good spots can easily be a thousand.

Cars are 50,000 and up insurance on all our autos is 12,000 a year that’s private autos nothing to do with business .... it’s crazy when you add it all up.

Hood : been working since a child , was very lucky my father and uncle left us very profitable business that I sold to my long time superintendent. The business was not gravy work and I worked every day until my 60’s and I was very lucky to have a right hand man that was honest because without great employees you are in trouble and it was / is a union shop so it was not always a cash cow but I had a great start with lots of assets , the business was much bigger in 60’s then today but bigger is not always profitable so we downsized through the yeas and it paid off.

What exactly does holding court mean? Like did he have a crew around him listening to his every whim? I’m under a strong impression Shawn won’t even j walk, so I’m interested as to what that means

If its the same guy, this dude has a linkedin and it appears a legit corporate job (maybe union)? Based on the picture it appears to be him? So hes a made guy in Boston that reports to Borgesi?

From what I understand hes part of a crew that are made and operating in Boston under Borgesi.......Someone with more knowledge could probably verify that better than I could.

It's interesting since Anthony, Carmen, and Matty G are all out and on the streets the administration is clearly in place. I wonder who took the Consigliere spot after Achille passed if you believe that Carmen is at the top and Matty UB. I guess it could be Anthony or Spucky

I'm shocked Angelesco has been out of the news, courts and jail

It has to be someone in Boston. They're all dinosaurs in RI.

Well, reports were Anthony Parillo was the consigliere before going away for being an idiot and Lato is out he could be consigliere material as a reward but I agree it's probably a Boston guy

Maybe Georgie Boy really is the acting boss now that Mikey Lance is having medical issues again. I was skeptical when I first read it but at the time I didn't know Lancelotti was sick.

Serp, it seems like that info you posted about Mikey Lance has spread pretty quick! It looks like whoever runs a certain mob website reads this forum - it just so happens that right after you posted that the top story on their website is about George Borgesi being the new acting boss in Philly. The article also cites information about Lance being sick, and I haven't seen that posted anywhere else or by anyone but you.

I was told a longtime ago by someone very close to him and another that hangs with many of them .... but I was asked to keep quiet.
So I did till i herd people at the bar talking about it and I knew it was just a matter of a couple weeks before it hit the news.

Yeah all kinds of people are here mostly a lot of youngsters but then there is the others .

Most people talk about sports while propping up the bar. People in Philly talk about the mob? WTF? I would've thought that anyone in that life wouldn't talk about their business in a public place in earshot of other people under penalty of death. And I would've thought the American mafia is a completely obscure and weird topic for people to talk about casually in a social setting, a dangerous thing too if someone overheard them spreading gossip.

I will never understand Philly mob culture. I could never see this happening in NY.

First you are way off...

Next it was about health and it was all neighborhood guys and had nothing to do with crime it had to do with doctor appointments.

It has nothing to do with NY , Philly , Boston , Detroit it’s a North East neighborhood thing ..... we grew up in this .

And it’s not made guys sharing family business......it’s regular neighborhood talk and always has been and always will be.
