Anyone know the name of the individual that was shot ?

No, only someone made an assumption that his shooting may be related to two other guys from Detroit who were shot later that night at a gentleman's club. All three are still alive. Six shots were fired at the La Nova Pizzeria guy when he walked out of the restaurant and went down the street. The other two were in a gentleman's club parking lot when a vehicle speed into the parking lot and three men got out and started shooting at the guys in the parking lot.

Honestly, I have no clue. The area is a hotbed for gang activity and drugs so could be that. I will say gang leaders are at the store all the time. I have to wonder if there isn’t some interconnection in all of that. Of course they could just be enjoying a slice. Everyone loves their pizza.

Differentiating the two shootings that day. He was just a customer somewhat of a regular. I believe the shootings were street gangs. There may be a connection, there may not be a connection. I dont see Buffalo family involved in this, just that La Nova Pizzeria is where the guy left moments ago before being shot. Plus this would be too much publicity for them after Canada, they would want it quite and under the radar. The family wants to avoid anything in the limelight, and would only make a public hit if there is no other way.

NC, there is are some members of gangs that frequent La Nova Pizzeria, but they are usually with their families. You are right, they do make some good pizza.

I read that in Oct.2013, a Terrance Price robbed two La Nova pizzeria's. Four or five La Nova employees chased him while they were being fired upon. They still managed to capture the robber.

La Nova employees seem to have a strong dedication towards the pizzeria they work for.
