If you take in account the wars and Carmine not being on the street and him being stabbed in the back by blood that separated the blood family also it’s not as bad as like what happened to Scarfo with all the family going away.

But yes in that life blood kills because they are not as loyal as you would think.

But the last several years they have been doing things differently and it shows ..... you don’t hear anything about them and in that life is huge..

But there are always guys in the life and there are even more educated guys then ever before so if you hear nothing they are earning. Because when you hear stuff guys are getting sloppy and reaching trying to hard and when that happens you are fucked .

Cackling like a banty Rooster.

I love this," "I just love this."

Joel Cacace is getting out in the spring, he might be in a halfway house by now. There's a guy who would be a formidable pick to run the Colombo's, if not a definite top 3 kind of guy. Only argument against is the FBI is sure to have a hot nut for him. I doubt they wanted him to ever see the streets again, and are going to try their best to send him back. He's another guy who is lucky to ever taste freedom again with all the blood on his hands. He played a part in having a police officer and prosecutor killed!!

He has it coming if he decides to climb the ladder.

* William Aronwald, prosecutor and supervisor for the US Department of Justice 1971-77, he was also prosecutor for New York County District Attorney Office in late 60s, Joel arranged his murder on behalf of Carmine Persico in 1987 however his father was killed who was a judge for the Manhattan NYC parking violations bureau at the time then he ordered 4 of the hitmen involved killed, 2 of them from the Lucchese and Bonanno family

* Government said he ordered the 1987 murder of retired NYPD Carlo Antonino because Joel thought he was weak link and might cooperate

* involved in 2-shootouts with captain Greg Scarpa in early 1990s

* He possibly ordered the 1997 murder of NYPD officer Ralph C. Dols after Dols married his ex-wife, being a cop and Hispanic didn't help him

If Joel gets out next year after serving 16 years and the culmination of his history he must of had about a dozen guys killed/ordered plus he's nearly 80. He would make a good boss but 2 much heat, a good advisor is more realistic.

I think that Teddy Persico would be the Street Boss,Allie Boy the Official Boss and Andy Russo the Consigliere.

Jesus Christ I knew he done all of that and more but now you’ve explained it like that it shows this guy has done loads of dirt! Well if you’re gonna be a mafioso you gotta put in work.. They are killers. Imagine the amount of guys still on the street that have a graveyard behind them. Joey merlino springs to mind. All the media stuff makes you forget that this guy is a stone cold killer. No wonder feds will never let it lie
