What does everyone think of this? A lot of people are against it because they personally believe that he is innocent and in their defense, he was never found guilty. I have my own feelings about the matter. But regardless it does look interesting.

Yes, very interesting. I may check it out.

I always hoped he ( MJ ) was not a Monster that would distort and horrify a young persons life.
I wanted to believe he was just a weird, child like man that was harmless but I think he may have had some bad ( no pun intended) - experiences with young people under the approved supervision of corrupt adults.

I think so too. I still listen to his music, but you’re not going to catch me defending him after he admitted to sleeping with kids lol. I don’t even care if anything was sexual at that point(I believe it most likely was), he already went too far

No, I think his experiences with him have always been good and not related to any of the accusations made. That’s culkin says and I don’t see a reason to not believe him.

I am definitely checking this out. Already got it set to record on my DVR. Looking forward to it! And the fact it's spread over 2 nights suggests it should be very in depth. Me personally, I love the man's music, grew up on it and still listen to it to this day. Do I think he did some shenanigans with some children? I never really followed it closely as a kid but part of me thinks he did. He had a messed up childhood himself and not to use that as an excuse but a lot of people who are abused themselves turn in to abusers later.

Spike Lee made an excellent documentary in 2016, "Michael Jackson's Journey from Motown to Off the Wall," in which he portrayed Jackson as a genuinely creative musical talent, dedicated to his art, and exceptionally talented. I have no reason to doubt that. I also have no reason to doubt that he was terminally, perhaps tragically, weird. And, anybody who takes young boys to bed with him, and talks about it as if it were some kind of innocent bonding experience, doesn't get the benefit of my doubt.

Turnbull, was that on Showtime? I know Showtime within the last couple of years put together an hour and a half documentary that explored Michael's first album, Off The Wall. It's pretty interesting, they go track-by-track. I don't feel Off the Wall gets the proper attention and respect it deserves and that documentary actually gave me more of an appreciation for the album.

Exactly the way that I feel. Looking forward to the doc. It’s pretty sick to see how many of his fanboys are so bent out of shape about the doc without having seen it.

I have HBO and plan to see it, probably tonight. I'm sure it'll be very disturbing. I've heard McCaulley Caulkin (as well as Corey Feldman) deny that Jackson was improper with him. I'm not sure I believe it tho. Caulkin did turn weird if you ask me. Tho Jacksons talent cannot be denied, and we may never know the absolute truth, let me put it this way,I would have NEVER left my young children or grandchildren alone with him.

Sidenote: When I was working at the middle school, there was this teacher EVERYBODY loved. Kids were drawn to him. I'd see him walk thru the office with kids behind him (looking back now, always boys). He'd take them to events/sports etc. It wasn't til years later that the son of his TEAM teacher, who was also a friend of his, confessed to his father (when he turned 18) that he was sexually assaulted by this teacher. EVERYONE was blown away, with some teachers/staff calling the kids liars. They simply could not believe this guy we all knew (or thought we did) could EVER do something like that. Guess what, other kids came forward, and this guy is spending pretty much the rest of his life in jail. I guess I've learned, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck and seems like it "Could be" a duck...….assume that it is. In the midst of this I remember he called the school once. I just happened to answer for the front desk cause they were busy. I was always nice to him, and him to me. He said hi and asked for the Principal. I couldn't wait to get rid of that call. panic

Irishman, it was on Showtime in January. Sorry to have taken so long to get back to you, I just saw your post now.

Well the first half kind of sucked. Still showed how sick that bastard was. As for Caulkin, I would give anyone 100 to 1 Jacko messed with him.

I watched Part 1 yesterday and then followed it up with Part 2. It wasn't bad but after 4 hours of it, I was kind of ready for it to be over with. Pretty graphic details were given. I was wondering if these 2 guys ever met and could confirm any similarities between the two? Very sad stuff. Also, was it just me or did anyone else find Wade's wife Amanda to be extremely annoying!?

Caught the first part the other night. I'm pretty torn on what to believe to be honest. On one hand, MJ was definitely a strange, eccentric man and I can understand why he would want to be around innocent children since just about everyone on Earth wanted something from him or his status. I do believe the guy just wanted genuine companionship that would be impossible to get from anyone EXCEPT a child because they are too young and innocent to develop those ulterior motives. But his behavior was very shaky at best considering alllll the time and especially the unsupervised time he spent with kids.

On the other hand, MJ was investigated heavily throughout the end of his life when it came to the abuse allegations, reading reports it seems like they really left no stone unturned. MJ went to court and won. Even the kid Robson from this doc testified in MJ's defense at his trial around 2005. That same Robson was trying to publish a book about MJ but it was never picked up. He also sued MJ's estate in 2013. This guy is obviously out for something but just because he is doesn't mean he wasn't abused. Guess we'll never know the truth.

Yep it was like it was one long run on sentence. Got boring quick and the stupid Oprah show after it was even worse. They didn't help their case much even though I do think he abused both of them.

Didn't one of his accusers accurately describe what his penis looked like?

How do you legislate for that?

I invoke my right under the 5th amendment of the United States constitution and decline to answer the question.

Just watched it. Funny thing is that I was listening to an interview with his family members who are defending him. Even they acknowledge the sleepovers were weird and inappropriate.
