1)Today the east coast families (Boston,Philly,Decavalcante) must ask the permission to NY and send the names of the wiseguys that want to made?
2) There still the rule that can be made 10 wiseguys in the same ceremony?
3)Who's the decavalcante boss or the family was absorbed by the gambinos?
4)Who's the family with the large zip crew?

Without the real threat of being whacked in 2018, I seriously don’t think that many of the old ways are adhered to anymore.
Only really serious infractions probably still end up with death.

It is like taking away a unions right to strike. Without that power, the rest is small potatoes.

1. Generally no, but there may be some cases where some people need to be cleared with NY if there's an underlying issue.
2. I don't think many families induct 10 at a time anymore, certainly not regularly.
3. No idea. No.
4. Gambinos.

Don’t know for sure or in the last few years but before that Skinny was not asking shit !

And before that a couple families wanted Skinny and the top five guys killed .

And before that the Westside wanted Skinny dead and he even sent word embarrassing them and still nothing!

As to who the DeCavalcante boss is as of 2018, Wikipedia lists Charles Majuri, (Frank Majuri's son) as the new godfather of the New Jersey mob, though I doubt it is him who's running the show. The family has not been absorbed by either the Gambinos or Genoveses.

Without a doubt, the family with a large Zip crew would be the Gambinos, with the Bonannos coming a distant 2nd.

The guy who who brought it to light was John Alite. That's why people got so mad lol. Alite wasn't lying though. The people in the street are usually aware of who was with who and who did what, but those who only get their info from reading articles are very easily manipulated. It's sort of funny to see.

True but once they are made the rules are still the same like the ten commandments.

1. No-one can present himself directly to another of our friends. There must be a third person to do it.
2. Never look at the wives of friends.
3. Never be seen with cops.
4. Don't go to pubs and clubs.
5. Always being available for Cosa Nostra is a duty - even if your wife's about to give birth.
6. Appointments must absolutely be respected.
7. Wives must be treated with respect.
8. When asked for any information, the answer must be the truth.
9. Money cannot be appropriated if it belongs to others or to other families.
10. People who can't be part of Cosa Nostra: anyone who has a close relative in the police, anyone with a two-timing relative in the family, anyone who behaves badly and doesn't hold to moral values.

Most police unions aren't allowed to strike. Their leverage is their political war chest. Candidates that cross them get buried with negative ads. Money is the ultimate leveraging tool, and maybe this applies to the mob, as well.

"...the successful annihilation of organized crime's subculture in America would rock the 'legitimate' world's foundation, which would ultimately force fundamental social changes and redistributions of wealth and power in this country.
