I got stuck watching Downsizing, starring Matt Damon. They market it as a comedy, about people being shrunk down to 5 inches in order to live cheaply. A mansion costs almost nothing, and the same for everything else. After the first 20 minutes, it turns into a lecture on political issues, and is the most dreary, depressing piece of garbage script wise. It gets more depressing as it goes along. Jason Sudekis and some other comic actors are featured in previews, but they are out of the movie very early.

Translation: This means it's good. Give it a watch.

"...the successful annihilation of organized crime's subculture in America would rock the 'legitimate' world's foundation, which would ultimately force fundamental social changes and redistributions of wealth and power in this country. Meyer Lansky's dream was to bond the two worlds together so that one could not survive without the other." - Dan E. Moldea

More trolling, insulting, and derailing a conversation. How are you not banned?

Why would they ban someone for recommending a movie? Jace, you really need to get a hold of yourself. You start a thread about a movie, someone disagrees, and you want them banned? What world do you live in? Look, we've been going at it for about an hour this morning. Let's stop, and be civil, out of respect for the rest of the board, okay?

Never looked interesting to me. Glad I skipped it!

Even more reason to see it.
