In a judgment rendered on Monday, the three judges indicated that they did not have jurisdiction and invited the appellants to follow the procedure provided by law. In September 2017, Justice Carol Cohen of the Superior Court of Quebec ordered the confiscation of the Hells Angels hideout in Sherbrooke and surrounding lands as offending property. The entire confiscated item includes five land lots. The number company owning the bunker on Wellington Street South, as well as its shareholders and administrators, attempted to appeal this decision to the Court of Appeal, but it has just rejected the motion. Judges Allan R. Hilton, Martin Vauclair and Michel Beaupré concluded that the appellants are considered by law to be third parties interested in the property in issue and that they "do not have a right of appeal to the stage of confiscation ". The Court of Appeal stated that the shareholders and directors of the company owning the "bunker", Richard Rousseau, Guy Auclair and Georges Beaulieu, identified as members in good standing of the Hells Angels, must submit a written request directly to Justice Cohen who ordered confiscation if they believe that the property seized should be returned to them. The three judges note that the appellants "never attempted to provide the required proof" of their right to recover the confiscated property. They even said "do not want to file any additional evidence" in this sense, writes the Court of Appeal. If no interested third party succeeds in demonstrating the validity of its right over the confiscated properties, the Attorney General of Quebec, and therefore the State, will inherit it.

Hells Angels in Frankfurt still active despite a ban
Officially, the Hells Angels charter "Westend" and "Frankfurt" have been banned for years. The then Hessian Minister of the Interior Boris Rhein (CDU) had determined in November 2011 that the two clubs were difficult to reconcile with the criminal code in many respects. Heavy Rocker War at the Hells Angels
Wherever there is a lot of money, power and influence, bitter and hard-fought rivalries are not surprising. "Schnitzel-Walter" against Aygün Mucuk
For a long time there was also a tough fight for power in Frankfurt. The traditionalists are led by Walter Burkard, called "Schnitzel-Walter". He is president of the Frankfurt charter "Westend" and controls large parts of the red light district.
Aygün Mucuk. It comes to tangible arguments about who has the say in the clubs. On July 2, 2014, Mucuk and around 40 of his cronies storm the Katana Club in Frankfurt's financial district - a store that "Schnitzel-Walter" also wants to control. On Mucuk is shot, a bullet pierced his upper body, the heart just missed. He survives with good luck. Four more people from the rocker milieu are seriously injured.
In Frankfurt club members fight each other, shoot Angels on Angels - actually a no-go for rockers. The American headquarters of the Hells Angels comes in and tries to make a truce: The Turkish offshoot around Aygün Mucuk gets in November 2014 its own charter in Giessen. Are the rival rockers out of the way now ?
"Talk among men" escalates
But there can be no question of harmony. At the beginning of March 2016 there will once again be a crisis talk between Angels members. Place of discussion: the Steigenberger Airport Hotel at Frankfurt Airport. And again, the two two rocker groups face each other irreconcilably:

The planned peace agreement ends after a few minutes in a violent dispute, with a head butt Munir Horst R. breaks his nose. Hells Angels: Gunfight at Stoltze-Platz in Frankfurt
On the day of Ascension Day, ie May 5, 2016, the outcasts will meet again by chance with members of the Hells Angels. Munir H. is injured on kidney, liver, lung and upper arm. His cousin and co-driver Emir H. hits a bullet in the leg. The two marksmen flee head over heels. One of them, Athanasios A., can soon be arrested in Romania. The second rocker is still on the run.
Execution of a controversial rocker
On 7 October 2016, the president of the charter casting, Aygün Mucuk in front of the clubhouse from close range with 17 shots literally executed. Thus, the disputes over the 45-year-old rebellious rocker boss come to a brutal end. The perpetrators are still on the run.
The funeral and funeral of Mucuk will be attended by around 1200 participants. Observers carefully notice who does not appear or clearly holds back. Even though Mucuk was stubbornly controversial with Hells Angels, the scene seems a bit perplexed: How will the balance of power now be sorted out?

Finally, in March 2018, the ruling on the shooting at Stoltze-Platz was pronounced at Frankfurt district court. Athanasios A. is sentenced to ten years and three months in prison . The judges accuse him of attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, dangerous bodily injury and violation of the weapons law.
The court finds it proven that A. "shot in revenge and for honor" on the former club members. The accused and his group had practiced vigilanteism and were part of a parallel society that consciously broke rules and lived according to their own laws.
The condemned man himself takes the verdict with emphasis, and experiences demonstrative support from the audience benches.
The revision of the convicted person fails . Nevertheless, the lawyers of the Hells Angels want to go to the next instance: "We will appeal the verdict to the Federal Supreme Court," say lawyers Manuel Mayer and Michael Oberwinder. The defense has pleaded for acquittal for self-defense.
Normally, clashes for supremacy in the rocker milieu take place in secret. The scene wants to pursue their business in peace, too much public attention bothers there rather. The State Criminal Police Office currently speaks of 28 rocker clubs with a total of 400 members in Hesse. There would be no significant changes or new club foundations. This suggests that the Hells Angels are still firmly in control in Frankfurt and their rivals in Hesse currently have no chance. So everything the old in Frankfurt. But that will not last forever.

You are completely wrong when describing the hierarchy of the Hells Angels, there has never been a national or international president of the Hells Angels. Some members, like Sonny Barger, have been more influential than others and he was definitely a first among equals for a long time, but he was never a national or international president because that position has never existed. Some chapters, like Oakland, are more powerful than others, but no chapter in the US or worldwide has never had to answer to another chapter, not even Oakland. Each chapter is technically autonomous. The Hells Angels are set up differently than the Outlaws, Pagans, etc. A bare minimum of research on the internet would bear that out.
