@BlackFamily would you happen to know any individuals names who may be considered #1 of each gang you posted in the Chicago area for example BD, GD, LK do the gangs have one sole leader or boss or does it differ on locations (Westside,Southside,NorthSide) for examples as well.

I don't have that info on all current leaders of each group due to different reasons. The crackdowns on the leadership of some of the black gangs have left some decks with their own de facto leaders per say, leaders have relocated to the surburbs or other places, and others have a committee/panel style leadership despite what most articles & law enforcement stating leaderless groups. Latino gangs generally have maintained their structure and depends on who your speaking on individually. LKs undoubtedly have leaders over various regions while MLDs structure is more or less loose knit and different sections have their own leaders. The only names i know are the ones that are incarcerated. Look through past rico indictments or major operations and you'll see who's who.
