In the last commission meeting in 2000 Massino said that the "full blooded" rule was established for the new inductions;another rules was that a family can't induct 10 members in the same ceremony.
But today the other families out new york must follow the same rules or can only send a paper with the future made men names ?
And must ask NY ok?

They must follow the same rules as NY and all prospective members must get the okay from NY.

No different than the NY families.

Just rewrite tye whole were a secret society. Throw that out the window say we dont like to do interviews ect. Get rid of that bullshit rule you have to kill if told to or to get in the family. It would take all the press away from it. A boss should give a press release to a new paper say we changed alot of rules so they cant use all these bullshit ones from 100 years ago.

If a boss gave a press release to a newspaper in regards to Cosa Nostra rules, he'd be shelved by the commission.

The true Commission doesn't exsist from the commission trial, now every 5 families made single meeting for solve the problems.
As I know only chucky porter was irish on the mother side but was made but only because there wasn't more people to made in pittsburgh family.>Massino testiminied that last know 5 families meeting in 2000 was made the full blooded rules but in the 2018 if you're a trusted skipper for sure you would be made even if your mother isn't italian.

Furio, the stepfather of Junior's mother Vicky was Italian and named DiGiorgio, her real father was of Russian descent. John Gotti jr even addressed this in his book, he denied he had any Jewish ancestry btw..

That's how Chicago did it. If you were useful and could be trusted to stay silent, you were as highly regarded as anyone, made or not. This is probably the reason that at their peak they were more powerful nationwide than any organized crime group in U.S. history.

Don't forget the Donnie Brasco rule. Don't initiate any sworn law enforcement officials.

From "The Gotti Tapes":
"Gotti and Locascio practice the key question to ask the inductees: 'You know why you're here?' 'Is there any reason why you shouldn't be here?' Gravano comes up with a funny line: 'Yeah, I'm a fucking agent.' Gotti is not amused."
