Never understood whether he was with or against it?

He didn't do a thing about his brother or 'Quack quack' dealing it but openly fucked Ruggerio over was he just simply neutral on the subject?

if he did not like you he was against it, you brought him money and kept your mouth shut he was for it. everyone around him for decades sold drugs on a major scale..if he was that feared or that respected would his own brothers sell heroin..

Gotti loved money so if his men sell drugs and he get his cut, he was happy. Gotti insulted Ruggero because with his mouth put gotti in trouble with castellano.

Gotti had no policy against drug dealing...he didn't care. His whole crew was dealing Do you honestly think he had no idea? Lets be honest a big reason his crew started doing it was because Gotti was a degenerate gambler who was pissing away their earnings

Hey BX, thank you for your answers. Tell me please did Frankie D or any of the DeCicco's ever sell drugs? What was Frankie D's stand on drugs?

All Mob bosses decree death for made men and associates caught dealing drugs. If they're not caught, and they kick money upstairs, it's ok.

Even getting caught doesn't matter much. Guys get busted all the time for selling drugs and aren't killed. The real policy is "if you sell drugs, don't openly acknowledge it so your superiors can't be caught up in a drug conspiracy charge for taking drug money."
