The law is not bad but must be a difference between violent crime (murder,robbery,traffick only hard drugs (coke,H,ecc)ecc and less violent crime that let avoid the 3 strike law.

Yeah if it was only for violent crimes I think its justified. But why for drug trafficking, thats why the US has the most people locked up and the streets are not less dangerous.

This Law is stupid as shit. If you convicted by violent crime you get your long sentence anyway. So you three Strike Out is simple a method for fighting against poor.
The whole prison industry doesn't help anybody. US law enforcement and justice system are completely broken.Too much cowboys to less brain.
