So the family have more or less 100 made men and no official boss. The family is still confinated in Brooklyn and had now crews in New Jersey ? What are the rackets who is involved? And most important how is considerated by the other families?

I think that 5he capos after 30 y and a bloody war understood that its better to have a boss free and on the street outside persico family.

There are some young capos and soldiers. Around 50 means young in mob society. Like Selwyn pointed out that the 5 families are doing very good and almost around the same numbers they had in the 80s.

So maybe the young capos would choose one of them or there rising stars for the boss role ?

There is no way telling who is the boss unless a new indictment is around or a wiretap. So until that happens or when the Snake dies we will assume he is still the boss. The Colombos i am sure will have a plan for that, they have no doubt been struck the hardest in the past 10 years.

Allie Is boss and will be unless there is a war and I don't think that will happen again.

The way the Feds lock up the boss as soon as a murder is committed or any other indictment calling for big time goes right to the boss and this is why most families have no problem with the boss being in the joint cos it keeps the life sentence off them .

As far as if Allie dies of old age there will be 30 Persico's in there late 30'and 40's that they will have no shortage of personnel even the women in that family are stand up .

This is my guess. The bosses of the other familys say no to carmine passing the thrown to his son allie whose doing life. You cant do that. The colombos had a record ie is the first family in the 21 century to made someone in jail. The lucky man was Ilario "fat larry" Sessa in 2011. Sessa will be out in the 2017 and faces 20 y but the induction ceremony video was "accidentaly" ovwrwritten by a prison guard. So he take only 6 y for extortion.

I think the Luchese's made baldy Spinelli in MDC, Casso performed the introduction. The Colombos got a lot of guys doing life in prison. One guy there is not much info on is Michael Sessa, he got a life sentences at a relatively young age, I wonder if his brother Carmine testified against him?

I know of spinelli but his induction wasnt normal and many made men refused to recognize spinelli as made man. Now the colombo even made sessa in jail,in the 2011 and destroyed the video.

Michael Sessa was convicted of murdering rival Anthony Coluccio and scarpa sr provided the proofs and yes his brother carmine testified against him after the orena war.
