he was real for a long time from the 60s really up to the mid 2000s. Don't judge him by that video he was no joke in his heyday only reason the guy did it was because he was going to get paid to set up a tv show never worked out in the end whole thing fell apart.
He was very close to billy jack Giacalone his best friend close to the bikers in Detroit a stand up guy indicted for murder in the 80s never flipped and is a well known killer. He is rumoured to have okayed a hit on own son billy jack Giacalone alledgly requested frankies permission to kill him and got the ok he died of an overdose but it was probably spiked not the first time Detroit mob notorious for killing people like that making hits look like overdoses and sucides.
He was apparently shelved in 2012 by jack Giacalone they never got on at jack toccos funeral as soon as Frankie turned up Jack Giacalone left straight away they hate each other frankie was also close to the same bikers jack Giacalone tried to have killed in the 90s. He is dead now died recently
