Whats his relationship like with the new guys?

Every time i see him at memories.. he seems like the fan boy happy to have them in the place... but i haven't seen much from him...

plus i must say he is LOOKING ALOT OLDER!

I used to work at memories many years ago. Jerry is very well respected by every wiseguy.
I haven't seen him in person for a very long time, I just see him in pics on instagram and I actually think he looks good for his age. The guy is a health nut.

Didn't he give up info on Scarfo over the Rouse racket in the late '80s and the favors they called in for him with Memories and the record stores? Not to mention that he almost got indicted himself?

I don't know much about what's going on currently in Philly beyond what people are posting here, but a guy like that should stay a million miles away from any LCN connection if they knew what was good for him.

According to lou Moncellao ligambi and Blavat had a big falling out. While we are on the topic on moncellao everyone thought he was a bullshitter but nearly everything he has said has turned out to be true about Borgesi same with that greek fuck the bank robber looks like they were both telling the truth about Borgesi. What Moncellao said about Ligambi could be true thats my opinion anyway he was an arrgorant fuck thats why the jury did not like him said too much

I've seen state of New Jersey docs saying just that, unless the info came from Leonetti.

I read about him in that book of Leonetti and that NJ state report about bars..

Alright,Alright...simmer down now,the geator was & is a friend & was a pal of anyone who is @ the top spot or near so..he leased the boat for scarfo sr. back in the day as well as scarfs fla. house...he was a good friend (son like) 2 Bruno & wife..played driver 2 many besides sue bruno & comp.,,was a guard (4 publicity) @ ange's funeral...wanted 2 help scarfo kill a local dj ..hy lit..& by all standards,,denies all of the above when i speak 2 him @ the sicilian rest. @ 9th& christian which shall remain nameless,,,u figure it out..c u guys.

By the way, grab his (Jerry Blavat) book..it's a good read.

His grandfather father and other male family members were gangsters not made but in the game and on the edge in Philly for a long time.

You reference when Blavat and Hy Lit had there beef and i assume u saw the Good Day Philly interview between the two when the Geator was asked point blank about Leonettis claims that he wanted nick to clip Lit was a great segment... Do u think it was true since u know Blavat? My pops used to know him casually would go to his dances or whatever down the shore in the early 60s and he said he was always surrounded by and I quote "big italian looking guys with no neck" haha

Ive been to Memories in Margate twice its def for an older crowd and i do dig the oldies... But the 2nd time i think i was there in like 2008 i saw a few Philly lcn guys i recognized Mikey Lance and his brother... Do u know or anyone else know if these newer generation wiseguys still hang there? Wonder if hes close to Narducci/ Pungitore since they go back to thr Scarfo days?

seems like a big "if" to me. No way he gave up info IMO,he wwould be a pariah, not embraced like he is. You arent slipping thru the cracks out here, everyone knows everyones business, and someone ratting would be a hot topic.

Whoa, buddy..I don't "know" him per se, i've chatted w/him on occasion through the yrs., starting in '91 when i was a chef @ the Phila. Quartette Club..he did a few shows @ Comptons rest.(when i ran that kitchen back in mid 90s)Haddon twnshp. N.J...He has an extraordinary memory, & i once in a blue moon run into him @ a spot he dines @ by himself on the northwest corner of 9th & christian. The waiter says he's a pain in the ass about his wine being chilled a certain way..drops it off 2 hrs. b4 mealtime on his 10 speed. Nice enough guy though. He will deny flatly any thing about hy lit & act like they were friends..i also dont know anything about his relations w/ new or old school guys..i wouldn't dare ask.
