She owned a popular bar on Long Island called the drunken monkey. Her liquor license was suspended when the NYS Liquor authority found that she had been convicted of a crime in the past (Pot violation I think) This ended her stream of income and according to her sow, her husband wasn't giving her any money. She sure didn't help the situation by all her smoking and drinking and partying- eating bad foods. While this is serious it is not necessarily fatal. I have had (Lymphoma) cancer and beat it, only to get skin cancer twice after that. I think early detection is the key, so all you guys and gals should get checked out at least every year. She is a very nice lady and does seem to get along well with everyone. I wish her luck.
