this is another one of those topics that come up every few months like clockwork. and everytime you get the same couple of links about the philly and Brooklyn guys. each of the links are pretty much a decade old, and theres been no new news because theres nothing really to talk about. I don't think theres a single neighborhood in Brooklyn that hasn't changed over the past 10 years and greenpoint is no exception. don't get me wrong, im sure just like in just about every other immigrant pocket, the people there want to gamble and theyres always gonna be someone there to take their action. but is there a serious OC group there? I doubt it.
